Similar to the recommended fees by the BC Psychological Association guidelines for pricing, fees for services are set at $255 per therapy hour (50mins). Please note that consultation services are not GST-exempt, unlike other Psychological services, however often these expenses can be claimed as a business expense. Please consult CRA or your accountant for more information.
Consultation sessions are 50mins in length (10mins for additional documentation). Services can also be pro-rated based on time required in 10-minute increments at one-fifth of the hourly rate ($51/10mins).
If you/your organization has a limited budget we can work together to figure out what options might work so you can get the most out of our time together. That might mean exploring grants, sliding scale options, or reduced fees for longer contracts. It could also mean supplementing our work with workbooks, manuals, or other free/low cost services so that we focus in on the trickier “stuck points”.

Cost is one barrier for ongoing professional education- but often getting there can be another. Finding training and/or education close to home or work, taking additional time off work to travel to a session, fighting traffic, rushing to find and pay for parking- all of this can be stressful and even add to the list of things that are already difficult with your work. I provide services virtually, using an end to end encrypted provider (Jane app, Doxy, MS Teams, or Zoom) so that you can attend from the convenience of your own home or office. Jane is similar to Zoom, Facetime, or other services you already use. You get a link via email about 30mins before your appointment- click the link and voila! You are connected and ready for your appointment!
In person consultation groups and sessions can be discussed and arranged as needed.

You may be able to claim any fees as a business or education related expense on your taxes. Please consult with your own accountant and the Canada Revenue Agency for more information.

The Jane app is used for our virtual services. You will receive a link to your appointment approximately 30mins before it starts. You can connect through your computer, cellphone, or tablet device as long as you have a working camera, speakers and microphone. For tips on connecting, go here.
